Movement Curriculum.

Combining fundamental movement skills within Gymnastics, Fitness, Athletics and Yoga, the Gymrun Movement Curriculum uses differentiated bodyweight movements and short bursts of running.

Children explore speed, agility, core stability, strength, power, balance, flexibility and stamina. Together, these areas of fitness underpin and support physical competence and movement confidence.
